The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city center near Ben Thanh Market where you can easily explore the nearby attractions. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process fast and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large beds that provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a pleasant experience for families with children.
The soundproofing between rooms was not the best, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully at times.

Great location, clean hotel, polite staff, walking distance to major tourist spots, helpful and attentive reception staff and bell boys, clean rooms with basic amenities.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of food options and a convenience store right across the street. Secondly, the hotel itself has been recently renovated, so everything felt new and clean. The lobby was beautiful and modern, and the staff were helpful and efficient. Lastly, the buffet breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of both Asian and Western options, and they even changed the menu daily to keep things interesting.
Everything was really good, no improvements needed.

Very nice location - right near the bustling Ben Thanh Market and in the heart of the city center. Clean and well-maintained hotel with excellent facilities. Convenient transportation options available nearby. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Team was good and polite.
